Bartlesville Roofing & Gutters has been building roofs in Central and Northeastern Oklahoma since 1982. Our shop is at 817 Crown Drive. That address has not moved and it is not going to.

In a hail belt, that matters more than anything else on this page. After a storm like May 8, Bartlesville fills with crews from four states away. Some of them do good work. Most of them will be gone by the first cold snap, and the warranty they handed you goes with them. When your ridge cap lifts in year three, you want the number on the invoice to still ring in Washington County.

What we actually do

Roofs and gutters. Residential and commercial. Tear-offs, re-decks, and every roofing system Oklahoma weather calls for — architectural and Class 4 impact-resistant shingles, standing seam and R-panel metal, stone-coated steel, synthetic slate, cedar shake, tile, and TPO, EPDM and coating systems on commercial low-slope decks. Then the seamless gutter, the oversized downspouts, and the drainage that keeps all of that water away from your foundation.

We do not also sell windows, or siding, or solar, or whatever the last storm made profitable. We roof, and we hang gutter, and after 44 years we are quite good at both.

How we work

Free inspection, photographed. Written scope and a fixed price before anything comes off the roof. We pull the permit. We tear off to the deck so we can see what is actually under there, and we photograph any rotted sheathing before it goes in the dumpster so you are not taking our word for it. We magnet-sweep the property when we are done and we walk it with you.

And we never touch your deductible. Rebating, absorbing, or waiving any part of an insurance deductible is fraud under Oklahoma law. Any contractor who offers to is going to take that money back out of your roof somewhere you cannot see it.

Who you actually deal with

Cannon owns the company and runs the field. He is the one who walks your roof, quotes the job, and comes back to check the finished work against his own standard — and if it does not meet it, it gets corrected before we invoice. Customers on Google put it more bluntly than we would: “you can trust the owner with your life… he runs an amazing team.”

Jacob handles the insurance side. When an adjuster rejects a claim that should have been paid, Jacob is the one who documents it, files the appeal, and argues it. Two of the reviews on this site are from homeowners whose claims were denied outright and then paid in full after he appealed — one of them by State Farm.

Justin runs repairs — the leaks, the boots, the flashing, the jobs too small for most companies to bother sending anyone out for.

The town

Bartlesville is a town of about 37,000 people with a housing stock that runs from 1920s bungalows to Frank Lloyd Wright's Price Tower to brick ranches to new additions off Nowata Road. That range is why we install as many systems as we do — a mid-century modern roofline and a 2015 brick two-story do not want the same answer. Roofing here properly means knowing the difference.

Oklahoma requires every roofing contractor to hold a current Construction Industries Board registration. Ours is #80007465 — it is printed on the sign we put in your yard, and you can look it up on the state portal before you talk to us. As of July 1, 2026, House Bill 1628 also requires a Residential Roofing Endorsement for residential work. Ask any roofer who knocks on your door for their number. If they cannot give you one, that is your answer.
