Where We Work
Bartlesville and about thirty minutes in every direction — Washington, Nowata and Osage counties, plus the Kansas border towns. A local roofer with a local map, not a national brand with a franchise pin dropped on your town.
Our whole service area fits in one drive.
That is deliberate. A roofing company that claims the whole state is either subcontracting your job to someone you have never met or is going to take three weeks to come back for a warranty call. Our shop is on Crown Drive in Bartlesville and every town on this list is inside about a half-hour of it — which is how a warranty stays worth something.
Bartlesville
Home base. Our shop is on Crown Drive and we have been roofing this town since 1982 — from the 1920s bungalows around the Johnstone-Sare district to the brick ranches on the south side to the newer additions off Nowata Road. We know which streets took the worst of the May 8 hail and we know which additions were roofed on the cheap during the last storm cycle.
Dewey
Five minutes up Highway 75. A lot of Dewey's housing stock is 1950s–1970s frame and brick with original decking, which is exactly the profile where a tear-off turns up soft sheathing. We price decking per sheet and photograph every one.
Ochelata
Small-town Washington County with a mix of older frame homes and acreage builds. Metal roofing and R-panel outbuildings are common out here, and we do both.
Ramona
Ramona and the surrounding acreage. Long driveways, detached shops, and pole barns — we roof the house and the outbuilding in the same mobilization instead of charging you twice to come out.
Copan
Copan and the lake properties north of town. Wind exposure out by the lake is meaningfully worse than in town, which is why we specify higher wind-rated systems and hand-seal ridge caps there.
Vera
Vera and the rural stretch along Highway 169. Rural addresses do not scare us off — we work this corridor every week.
Nowata
Nowata County seat. Older housing stock, a lot of it never re-decked, and a downtown of commercial low-slope roofs where TPO and coating restoration usually beat a tear-off on cost.
Delaware
Delaware and the surrounding county. Small town, long relationships — the kind of place where doing one roof badly ends your business, which is roughly how we have always operated.
South Coffeyville
The Oklahoma side of the state line. We cross into Kansas regularly, so being on the border does not put you at the edge of our map.
Pawhuska
Osage County seat. Historic downtown buildings with genuine architectural roofs, plus ranch outbuildings that want standing seam or R-panel. We handle both, and we handle the historic detailing properly.
Barnsdall
Barnsdall took catastrophic tornado damage in 2024 and the rebuild is still going. We work on rebuilds and on the roofs that were patched in a hurry and now need doing right.
Skiatook
The northern edge of the Tulsa metro. Newer additions with big roof areas draining into undersized gutter — 6-inch seamless and oversized downspouts are the usual fix.
Oologah
Oologah and the lake. Same wind exposure story as Copan: open water, higher gusts, and roofs that need to be specified for it.
Collinsville
Collinsville was hit hard on May 8 — hail accumulation reduced visibility on the roads. We were working roofs here through the summer.
Caney, Kansas
Twenty minutes north across the line. Kansas work is a normal part of our week, not an exception we make.
Coffeyville, Kansas
Coffeyville residential and commercial. Same crew, same registration, same price structure as our Oklahoma work.
Call and ask.
If you are a little outside the map and the job is worth the drive, we will tell you honestly. And if it is not, we will tell you that too and point you at someone closer — which is more useful to you than a yes that turns into a no-show.
What Bartlesville customers say

“Great company, helped my family get our roof paid for after our insurance denied there being any damages. Very easy to work with, highly recommend this group!”
Payton Williams · Insurance claim · roof replacement · · Google review“Cannon was great to work with. Very responsive. Jacob fought for us when the insurance adjuster initially rejected our claim. Cannon checked over all the work and made sure it was to his standards. If it wasn't, it was corrected. Professional. Timely. Guarantee their work. Easy to work with. Good group. Would use again.”
